  • I called the company to get a quote and ask about t-shirt designs. The person on the phone was LESS than helpful. I was given generic answers and was referred to the website for almost every question. I wanted to know if they could create a design from a draft that I had "go to our website, we have design program". I asked if I need to have a design already made before uploading to the design program, "We have free design program, go do it". I wanted to support local companies, but it seems like they don't want our support.
