  • SouthWest Airlines in Pittsburgh made it easy to fly in and out. They made checking in to get my ticket and seat assignment as easy as cake. There were no lines at the kiosks, the check in for baggage went just as smoothly. At the gate, the operators were friendly and warm, dressed in their Pittsburgh jerseys, since Pittsburgh and Dallas were having a big game that day. All in all it was an awesome experience, from start to finish. It's not often I can say that about an airline, and I'm glad that I can.
