rev:text	I went to Me'chele's Wellness Spa twice in two days for different services. First, I got my hair cut, which I was very happy with. The cut looks good, the shampoo was awesome (wonderful scents, especially the tingly peppermint shampoo!), and the hooded hair dryer was the best I've ever sat under. I usually find those hair dryers loud and too hot, but the sound and temperature of this one was softer - it made me think of a warm breeze on a beach and I had to make an effort to stay awake. While I was there, I told Me'chele about a dye job I had years ago and would love to do again, but most salons don't do. Me'chele said she could do it, but would have to do a dye test 24 hours in advance to make sure I wasn't allergic. She was able to apply the test swab before I left and I made an appointment for the next day. The second service I had done was purple streaks! They were mostly on the bottom half of my head so it wasn't too dramatic. Me'chele's had three different shades of dark purple for me to choose from. This was a lengthy process that involved pulling out the hair to be dyed, applying something to lift the color, letting it sit, washing it out, drying my hair, and then repeating it all again for the purple dye. I have a lot of hair, Me'chele was very thorough, and there were a lot of steps, so I'm not sure it could have been done much faster. But, it still took several hours, which I hadn't been told when I made the appointment, so was an inconvenience because it was unexpected. I considered giving 4 stars because of the time, but since I was happy with the cut and color as well as the experience, I ultimately went with 5.
