rev:text	As an individual that is very knowledgeable with cars and automotive repair, I am very reluctant to trust my vehicle to just anyone, especially in Vegas. I had brought my previous vehicle here and purchased a lifetime alignment which was done expertly and quickly. Unfortunately, I am now unable to drive that vehicle and had to put it up for sale, meaning that I won't get any use from the lifetime alignment I purchased. I have been having a very rough year financially due to illness. I ended up needing an alignment on the car that I have now but being unable to afford the lifetime alignment knowing that it will need it as there are several worn front end parts that will require replacement in the near future but I cannot afford to have replaced right now. I just needed to give the tires a chance to not get worn out unnecessarily from the poor alignment the car currently had. I had nervously called ahead and was blown away by the great service and positive attitude that Charissa provided. She was very kind, listened to my situation and said she would be happy work with me and that I could bring the car right in. The vehicle was taken right back without delay. Charissa went above and beyond to give me a break on a 1 time alignment as well as give me the option to upgrade at a later date as my situation is very dire. In this economy and social climate, it's rare to find anyone that seems to care. I have always had great service at this shop, but this visit cemented my loyalty. Charissa showed me a kindness I will never forget and that no words can express my sincere appreciation for.
