  • Worked with Christopher Ramsey and Joe Patterson on our house Re-Fi. They were excellent in communication and follow up. Out county told the closing attorney's office that our first mortgage company did not pay the property tax so I had to pay it before closing could be complete. Then after closing I found out Dekalb County already got paid for the year's property tax from our first mortgage company's Escrow account statement. I went back to the county and they insisted they didn't get double paid. Chris Ramsey spent time and effort (even after closing was completed) to help me get the county property tax back. I really appreciate their professionalism and excellent customer service.
