  • Just sat for 3.5 hours in the ER waiting room and never saw a doctor nor was given XRays/tests for what is most likely a torn groin ligament. Was unable to walk. Do not use the kiosk. I registered there when I walked in and was informed 30 mins later that it only works if you've previously been a patient there. The medical assistant told me that they were going to have them removed because of that but there was no sign to let you know that they didn't work properly. Everyone was polite but I just couldn't sit and wait any longer. The people at the check in desk were also confused as to why I hadn't been seen but didn't have any answers for me. I hobbled back to my car and will start all over at Mountain View now. This is why I never go to the doctor...
