  • I was very disappointed on my latest visit to Cinnabon. I had a coupon from their rewards program and made the trip only because of the coupon. Placed my order for my buy one get one free and showed them my coupon on my phone. They promptly denied the coupon saying it was invalid since I didn't print it. I show them that doesn't say anywhere that it needs to be printed and even had a QR code so they could scan it. He told me they can't scan it, so I can't use it... so since they are 3 years behind on technology from every other Cinnabon then screw me I guess. I asked why can't you just type in the coupon amount, I was told to come back when I print it out... thanks for the complete and utter lack of customer service. The mall is already a dying place and stuff like this doesn't help.
