  • I've lived in this apartment complex for 7 years, and we've seen 3 or 4 different leasing company's take over, but the current one, Greystar, is the absolute WORST. weeks and months before a maintenance requests can be completed, water shut off for hours every other week (if not EVERY week), random inspections, and overall indifference from the office management and maintenance crew.
