This place is the absolute worst! Don't waste your money on this club. They charge premium prices with LOW level customer service. They do not return calls; delay for weeks to address concerns; and, in my case, delayed weeks more just to confirm my cancellation (just to collect another month of fees ... citing some unwritten rules and other lame excuses). Poor, poor management! I refuse to be a part of this place and what they offer. As for our children, they always got sick in the play room -- filthy.... And the swimming classes are a joke with unskilled "teachers" who don't even seem to like children (yet they are teaching children).... Lifetime had such promise but if location is all they having going for them, it will not last long. All competition is welcome in the area. All that competition has to do is put the client/member ahead of its corporate interests and all will be great for that new Summerlin fitness center. Zero stars.
