  • Excellent customer service and welcoming staff. After being largely ignored at Structube and West Elm, I'll gladly give my business to EQ3. I purchased a sofa from there EQ3, and the sales associate was friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. They have an excellent selection as well. I can't comment on the quality or durability of the sofa, since it is still brand new, but I'd recommend shopping here at the Hanna location.
