  • DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK INFO!!! I actually enjoyed this Gym, if you are all about getting your workout in and leaving, this the Gym for you. The men's locker room could use some attention though. WARNING- Avoid giving your banking info, try to prepay your membership. I had a Family death and had to pay for funeral services so I placed the account on hold just for a month. 24 hour fitness still processed the payment. Then refunded the money back. I had 2 gym accounts. Now frustrated, I cancelled my accounts and during my conversation I was told that the last months dues were paid. A week later I was charged again, now they tell me the refund will take 20 business day. There is no contact information for their financial department either. So, take heed to my warning, avoid giving your main banking info. Perhaps using a pre paid visa cards would've helped to avoid these issues.
