  • Where do i begin? Check Engine light was on and i knew i needed a new coolant control flow valve from prior diagnostic testing. I have owned the car 7 years without one single problem. Drove it there, dropped it off, and then didn't receive a phone all day with an update. My time is not valuable so i had to call them. Guess what they told me? Oh sir, did u know your battery is dead? You can imagine my surprise. Can you say sabotage? Chris was kind enough to give me the new battery for free. Interesting? Two weeks later the brake actuator needed to be replaced. Chris quoted me $3100 to replace it. Took it to the dealership and they quoted 1700. My wife looked on the Internet and found out there is a service bulletin on it, and we actually got it fixed for free! Another strange thing, Chris offered to buy my car for $1000. Claims he did not know about the bulletin. Strange or screwed? Never going there again. Even if it was free.
