  • Starbucks at Pearson Airport Gate D (beside Pita Pit and Thai Express) is shockingly bad. Been here more than once now. They're customer service is the worst I have seen at any starbucks. Baristas treat their customers like they were a nuisance. When they messed up my drink, they argued with me implying that the modification doesn't make a difference (I ordered the featured Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte and they gave me Pumpkin Spice). I don't understand how I visited twice, a month apart, and the service was consistently bad. I am an avid Starbucks drinker and this was surprising to me. I hope they fix themselves soon.
