  • My friend lives over on 59th, he asked me to go see Piranha 3D tonight, so I did. Wow, what a great stupid movie. I could not believe how sweet the 3D effects were! The theater was beautiful, a great alternative to the movie theaters in the suburbs. The ceilings are almost as nice to look at as Pirahna 3D. They also play classic movies from time to time as part of their "Late Shift" lineup. They will be showing Jaws as well as Big Lebowski. I know they showed Big Trouble in Little China in the past. Now they need to play the classic, They Live, starring Rowdy Roddy Piper and I can die a happy man.
