  • We had a dispute with our security deposit. Peter was less than responsive when we had questions on why our deposit wasn't returned. We were charged $252 for heating the pool for 3 days. I understand that there would be a charge but after reviewing rates online and comparing with other Vegas residences, it wasn't close to what they claim. We asked to see the gas bill but they refused to show us any proof of the charges. The property that we rented was fine.
