  • I visited this center twice. Both times, I felt dismissed and not heard. The worst part is that my second visit, I met with Dr Moore, asking for a tubal ligation. He launched into this camping for "capping my tubes" and said I wouldn't need to go under anesthesia and would have no down time; then had me sign several sheets of paperwork about our conversation. I felt a little manipulated and rushed, and left and went on to research this procedure. It was in the fine details of the real situation- he was planning on implanting. "Essure" in my Fallopian Tubes. The more research I did, the more horrified I became and cancelled the appointment. Even the receptionist that took the call acted put off that I had an opinion about my choices with my body. The doctor never called to consult or ever followed up. Now, the FDA has to hold a public meeting about this controversial device, as 5 people have died and many women are having hysterectomies to negate the terrible damage this device causes. I'm truly grateful I did my own research and changed the plan. Oh, I won't be returning here.
