It's a great place if you enjoy obnoxious up selling and bad attitudes. For the normal people however, it's terrible and aggressive "customer" service. If all you want to do is buy a book, the checkout person will not only bug you multiple times about their book club, she will argue with you if you tell her you're not interested. Their management is fully behind the pushy up selling. No wonder Amazon is driving them out of business. And yes, the bathrooms are always filthy.
Interestingly enough, the sales clerks at the Shea store are polite and not pushy whenever I buy a book. But the bathrooms at that location are marginally cleaner
