First Impression. Outside looks pretty shady but when you walk in it's a nice local gem. Emily is an amazing bartender. Extremely helpful and friendly. Drinks are great!
The vibe and the aesthetics remind me of Capo's! Except Capo's is cleaner (women's bathroom had a bad odor). Also Capo's has better tasting quality food!
The reason why I gave this place three stars is because the food definitely is overpriced. We ordered the spicy mussels, the sauce was tasty and so was the French bread to dip it with, but the mussels tasted freezer burnt....awful! Beef carpaccio was extra salty even without eating the capers...yikes! The penne pasta - over cooked prosciutto and over powering garlic sauce....eeeek! JalapeƱo cream corn was ok - the best out of all the dishes but still lacking flavor. We did end the night with the half order of donuts....yum! It was well worth the calories! Overall I would come back for drinks and service definitely grabbing a bite somewhere else before heading there!!!
