I am extremely lucky to be able to start each morning training my body, and exercising my mind at Scaled Fitness. Each day I am the first to arrive at the gym. I enjoy stretching and speaking with Dr. Ray. He is not just an outstanding trainer, and chiropractor, he is also one of the nicest person I've been fortunate to meet. They say like minded people attract, well it's certainly true in this case. I can't say enough nice things about Dr. Ray. He has not only taken the time to train me for the past 2 years (helping me lose 40lbs), but the conversations we've had have without question made me a better person. The name says it all. Doc "scales" the workout to the individual; however if you think you are going to have easy workouts think again. You will be pushed to reach within yourself to do more than you ever thought you could. You will leave feeling excited, and proud of yourself for reaching limits you never thought you could.
Give it a try, you won't be sorry you did.
