| - It's such a shame that I have to give this location one star. I say this because HELLEN was such an amazing sales associate. My aunt and I came in ready to buy furniture for my new apartment out here. I repeat...Hellen was amazing, attentive, and informative about every single piece of furniture in the store. We easily spent over $1,200 within 30 minutes of walking in.
Now for the reason why I am leaving one star, and would easily leave zero stars if it were possible. Hellen had let us know she would be leaving at 3:00pm, but we could leave another family members name, who would be able to pick up the furniture at around 4:00pm that same day. (his car is bigger and could fit everything we bought). We agreed that would be perfect, and left happy about Hellen's service/furniture we had purchased.
The family member showed up at around 4:00pm, and was told he was disrespected and questioned NON-STOP by an older woman named MYRNA. She did not believe that he was the one picking up the furniture. Completely understandable to question someone picking up $1,200 worth of furniture, but UNACCEPTABLE to harass the person. He even offered his ID to prove he matched the name of the person picking up our furniture. She still gave him passive aggressive attitude.She offered NO HELP with all of the furniture to the car. Are you kidding me? A $600 large mirror, and NO help offered carrying it to the car? She couldn't have paged someone? He came to my apartment and let me know how upset he was...and felt like she was even trying to bully him. My aunt (who spent all of this money here) called in and let Hellen know how disappointed she was in regards to the way our family member was treated. Hellen assured us that this would never happen again and the situation would be resolved. Originally, I was NOT going to write a yelp review because I felt like the phone call should have fixed this woman's attitude.
Today I went into the store to check up on the two lamps we were having shipped to the store...and was actually very excited to see Hellen. I was instead stared at (not greeted) by a woman named MYRNA....the same nasty sales person who gave our family member a hard time. She starred at me when I was asking her questions, instead of just looking up information or even smiling/acknowledging my questions. She had the biggest attitude I have ever experienced at any store in my life. Let alone a store that we spent 1,2000+ dollars at. You would think a call to the store regarding her attitude would at least fix something she is doing....but no. Sadly she is still the same rude, passive aggressive, and most unhappy sales person I have ever met.
I can't believe how Myrna treated someone who spent this much money at the store (Even after she was called and complained about)....I wonder how she treats people who are more conservative with their purchases. Probably even worse. It is very unfortunate that nothing has been done about Myrna's attitude towards customers. She should be fired immediately, and I pray that I don't see her the 7th when I go in to pick up my final two items ordered to the store, because she is so negative/rude. No one wants to feel belittled for asking questions...it's her JOB to answer them. it's her JOB to be friendly and informed. She is a representative of the company. Remember that when hiring someone like Myrna.

Update: was contacted by the manager (I believe), who was a doll. She thanked me for the feedback, and was very attentive. Was lucky enough to avoid her staff, and had someone pick up the furniture for me. There was no problem this time.
