| - Pizza- 5 stars. Yesterday's attitude and up charge- 1 star.
This review is only based on yesterday's service/experience.
I have been to Secret Pizza numerous times, basically it's a must every time I go to Vegas. It's a combination of going after the club, mid-day snack, and even going the morning before heading back to LA. Yeah, it's great pizza, we all know that. However, last night around 11pm, I was so upset with Secret Pizza, I couldn't enjoy pizza because of the attitude and up charge! I went there ahead of my boyfriend as he told me to go first while he cashed out downstairs at the casino. Since it was only 11pm in Vegas, there was no line. Yes! The beauty of not getting Secret Pizza post-club. By the time I was about to order, 5-7 people started forming a line before me. My boyfriend got to me as soon as I was about to order and told me he wanted any sausage slice. The guy behind the counter rudely in a harsh voice told my boyfriend, "You, go to the back of the line". I mean, come on, I was going to order for my boyfriend either way. He's not cutting. He came to me to let me know what he wanted. We were not in any way behaving improperly or drunk or even doing anything wrong to be spoken to in that manner. Then when I went to pay for my two slices of pizza, the woman at the cashier said "what did you order?", I stated "one sausage with toppings...", she entered $6 on the register- understandable. I gave her my credit card and I then told her, "second slice is just sausage"...and again, she entered $6 on the register- not understandable. I asked why the $6 charge on the plain sausage and she didn't bother to explain and charged my card and gave it back to me and moved on to the next customer. I didn't even get the chance to get an answer or reasoning behind her over charge. Thanks.
Overall, great pizza but when service isn't good, great pizza leaves a bad taste.
