  • LA-Development really is a good as it gets. I needed to have over 1,400 sq ft of pavers done in the front yard, back yard, and around a swimming pool. LA-Development saved me from the shoddy work of an unlicensed contractor that did the demolition job and then was holding me hostage for an additional $13,500.00 and an estimated time frame for another 3 weeks! Ryan Leonard over at LA-Development came over shook his head and promised to fix it at less than half the price I was quoted by "crooked contractor". Wednesday, their crew came in. I was impressed by the the LA-Development shirts and the immediacy at which they went to work. Within 6 hours they had far repaired and surpassed what the unlicensed contractor had messed up. **This was when I realized had I let the unlicensed contractor keep going, I would have ended up with a flooded house at the first rain** Within two days 85% of the work was finished except for the fine detail. Now on the third day I am eagerly waiting for Ryan Leonard to come and pick up the check so I can thank him for a most outstanding job. The work of LA-Development was far beyond my expectations or what I could have even imagined what the finished project would look like. Once again I am proud of my yard and home and I know I have a surface that will last generations. I have a few more projects planned and it is good to know a contractor I can trust! Had I gone with LA Development in the first place, I would have saved $6,000.00 that the unlicensed contractor has absconded with.
