  • I had been going to this store for the past 7 years, for the childrens clothes they sell. The prices have gradually gotten higher for lesser quality clothing. It is not kid friendly AT ALL .First of all ,all the childrens clothing is located downstairs,most mothers who are shopping,me included,have a stroller or carrier and it makes it very difficult to haul that, and anything you may pick out to purchase up ,and down the stairs. If you need a place to change your baby,in the BABY clothes/toys store ,good luck! No changing room,table,area,nothing.Get a babysitter,lol. My other complaint is that I needed a dollar on my reward card and the woman told me to go ahead and shop and we could ring the dollar up,then use the 25 dollar reward card (spent 250.00 to earn it)for the remaining purchase .By the time I had done all my shopping ,3 yr old in tow and struggling with dirty pamper smell and her running for the stairs,I tried to check out.Only to be told that I cannot use the reward card the same day,and the woman who said I could had left,really??? That same woman was standing right there when I asked her co-worker about it,on my way down. While the owner just stood there with a stupid look on her face. I have been a customer for many years,put up with their pain in the but set up and spent hundreds of dollars there.And for a dollar,one dollar,they couldn't give me my card. How petty is that!! If your employees don't know the rules,dont take it out on the customers! Consider me gone,I will not go back to this greedy,petty,shop! Customer service does not exist here!! And neither does customer retention!
