  • I typically use RSVP Rental to rent chairs, etc. -- until recently, they increased their delivery fee from $60 to $80! Since we only needed to rent 40 chairs for an event -- I just couldn't justify paying $40 for chairs and $80 for delivery! So -- I went online -- and found Current Events! I called and initially spoke with Kim. She sent over a proposal immediately. When I called the next day, I was informed by Keiara that Kim was not available. I thought for sure I will have to leave Kim a message and we'll have to play phone tags all day long. To my surprise, Keiara offered to help me and took care of my order! Whaaaa?! You mean -- I don't have to wait?! WOW! It is so refreshing to experience GREAT customer service. The delivery guys were awesome! They have a positive attitude and you can tell they have fun at work! What's great is that the white chairs we received were CLEAN... typically with a rental place, we would have to wipe them down when we get them. So -- THANK YOU for providing quality rental products and services! I am DEFINITELY a fan!
