  • I didn't really have a bad experience here, any of the staff I dealt with were very friendly and nice. I knew it would be interesting taking my dog here, since he is super shy and has no interest in socializing with other dogs at all, but we needed somewhere for him to spend the night while we left town for a wedding and I liked that I could check in with the cameras (which didn't work well at all for me on the app). He didn't eat his dinner or breakfast, which I can understand due to stress, but they also never told me if they tried gravy or wet food or anything they had mentioned to me during the interview process. During the interview, they also told me I could bring in treats, or a kong and they could fill with peanut butter and give him. I brought a kong and a large treat, and neither were used when I picked him up. When I picked him up he smelled horrible (again I guess expected since being with so many other dogs, etc) and it took him a full 24 hours to get back to his normal self.
