  • My son and I went in for pedicures and after about a 10 minute wait they seated us in a pedicure chair to soak our feet. After soaking for 20 minutes, the guy came over and said there are 3 people ahead of us and estimated an hour wait. Suggested that I come back another time. I told him that they should have said something when I first arrived so I didn't waste 30 minutes. He just said 3 people ahead of you. Horrible customer service! I'll never go there again!
