  • This is absolutely my worst experience with any service industry over the last 20 years! I went there for a hair cut. The lady who received me was very abrupt and rude. First she shouted towards me: phone number, without even saying hi or greeting me in any way. The moment I sat down she shouted how do you like it cut. I showed her with my both hands to tell her to cut to above ears on both sides. Before I could continue, she shouted again how much? and then repeated how much a few times! Eventually I was not able to continue my interaction with her and I had to stand up and leave the place. When I asked the name of their supervisor, she said that she was the supervisor. She is a tall Hispanic lady and I will remember her stern and rude looking forever! I would never go to that place again and recommend no one to that place. Eventually I went to my favorite place in Sport Clips nearby. Today is Feb 15 and I was in the store around 5PM! I hope the store manager would fire this rude lady!
