The bad:
1. Hours are inconsistent. I went there for a repair and they closed up for a week to go on vacation. Went back and saw the regular hours sign to indicate they were closed on a random weekday. Came back AGAIN to find they obviously closed early that day. (I shouldn't have went back after all this, but I did)
2. No notification work is done. Had a simple repair. An eyelet replacement on a pair of Keen work boots. Originally told it would be a week or so. After a month with no call, I stopped back in assuming they'd be done. They initially couldn't find my boots, when they did find them they hadn't been touched. The owner said he could do them right now, that it would only take 10 minutes. (Waited a MONTH with no call to find out they hadn't been touched and it would have taken 10 minutes??)
3. Demeanor. Seriously... They argued with me when I requested to just get my boots back.
4. Very disorganized. No inventory tracking system that I could see... A bunch of shoes in bags piled up on top of each other.
The good:
Ummmm... No.
