  • I take my personal cars and business fleet trucks to Pats Auto. I like supporting small businesses rather than large chains. Jeff the owner always puts my fleet trucks as a high priority because he knows I'm losing money when they are not in service. The shop always gives me fair prices and options to go along with the repairs. Jason the office manager always keeps the lines of communication open and let's me know when the trucks will be available. All the master mechanics take time to talk to me as soon as I pull up to find out what's going on and let me know their opinion on a quick evaluation. Sometimes they will drop the repaired vehicle off at my shop saving me time. That's old school customer service you can't find today. I read some of the older reviews and would like to comment on the one about nice tool boxes and tools in the shop. I appreciate mechanics that like the best of equipment and tools showing me there serious about what they do and have pride in their craft. If you want your mechanics to use crap tools well enjoy your repair from Craigslist. That's not the quality I'm looking for.
