rev:text	Last week I call the office because I woke up and knew something was wrong with my cat. The lady who answered said that the doctor was booked for the day but I could come as a walk in and wait to be seen. I choose to take my chances not only because this office was the closest to my house but always because it's the only one with a 5 stars. When we got to the office I was telling the lady at the front desk some of my cats symptoms, she said "oh my, sound like something is really wrong. I'm going to put you in a room right away and get the doctor." Within minutes of being in the room the doc came back and listened to me as I explained the symptoms. He took my cat back right away for an X-ray and then had us come in the back to look at the film. He said that they were gonna run some labs and he would call us in an hour. The doctor himself called me in an hour and told me the devastating results that my cat was in renal failure and some of his other labs results were very critical as well. I knew the choice I had to make and the doctor himself was very nice and compassionate as we had to make the decision to but him down. They allowed me and my fiancé to stay with our cat and give him some love and before they put him down. I can't believe how incredibly compassionate everyone at this office was. A few days later we received a card in the mail signed by there staff with a great poem that helped me as I grieved!! I would definitely recommend this vet!! Thank you again!!
