I've walked past Gold's Gym many times and not once did I ever think about stepping in. It looked to gym prestigious to me. However I landed upon a 1 month free membership and thought I would check it out.
When I stepped in I was blown away by the equipment they carry. High tech treadmills, bicycles, stair masters, ellipticals, and all sorts of machines to work out every single muscle in your body.
I also liked that they had a mini basketball court, a sauna room and a stocked cafe at the front entrance. Plus it was nice that their locker rooms were super tidy and didn't smell bad.
The only negative thing for me in that gym is that I wish they had a bigger area for stretching/core exercising. Also, I don't see why it's necessary for some of the girls at the front desk to have half their breast popping out of their shirts and also no knowledge of the way things work around the gym. Just saying.
