  • Fraud and theft alert! Paid all of our utilities bills when we left, since we were beyond done with this place. We have the bill and the check saying we paid everything in full, with last utilities written on the check memo. Come to find in the mail they sent the last utility bill to collections without ever mailing us an original bill. Seeing as there wouldn't be one since we paid everything in full when we left. Called the villas and received zero help and a complete cop out from the oh so "wonderful" miss Tatiana. So now we have to deal with the debt collection agency since this place is full of a bunch of scheming, manipulative, lying con artists. DO NOT rent from them!!!! Considering once you leave they try and damage your credit as some sort of payback for getting the heck out of that "place". Not to mention they took two weeks to get back to our current tenant on our previous tenancy record so as to attempt to put us behind on finding a new place. This hell hole, quite literally, seeing as how people get shot and killed there, or their apartment broken into, the guy who beats his girlfriend in the parking lot, as well as the ever present police force, that is there weekly. Do not make the same mistake we did, do not rent from them. If you decide to, and when you leave, because you will. Please be sure to cover yourselves. This place is already on a downhill slope, don't get caught in their theft and fraud scheme. I can only hope they use the money they ripped us off for to buy their employees the idiots guide for customer service. They are severely lacking in every aspect. Thanks Tatiana and the rest of your staff for your "help"
