  • Called ASAP Restoration to remediate mold in a HVAC utility closest and they came out immediately! We needed the job done correctly and quickly due to an upcoming closing date. It was done in 5 days (start to finish). He even had a HVAC company on deck to come out and remove the AC handler and re install. He made sure that all necessary measures were taken prior to mold sampling to avoid any hiccups along the way. His reconstruction crew was phenomenal, the finished product was more than we could've asked for. In 5 days, the HVAC was removed, closest remediated, sampling done with next day results, crew reconstruction was 2 days, HVAC replaced the day of completion of the reconstruction! Imagine that, the other quote I received was not detailed and limited in covering all pertinent areas to ensure an effective job. The other quote was a total of 9 days to complete and it did not entail the detail of work that Josh recommended. Josh was upfront and always communicated directly with me. Came out to check on the work being done by his crew and was hands on throughout the process. He made me feel very comfortable with his work. Highly recommend ASAP Restoration!
