  • My first impression of this company wasn't good. The young woman who returned my call was new and seemed confused. I asked for a Thursday appointment and she called me to confirm my appointment for a different day. I never received a reminder text the day before my appointment. The ladies were over 30 minutes late. After they left I noticed that the house did not smell clean, the floor where we keep the kitchen trash can was still dirty. I scraped up some goo and got out my mop and cleaned it myself. My master bathtub and floor wasn't very clean. I'm disappointed by this company and the price I paid. I could've done the same job for free. I won't be calling Clean Queen ever again.
