  • Tried calling several times but nobody will answer a phone. Website does not post times for trips. Basically travelled a long distance to be informed that trips leave at 11 and 1 weekdays and we missed the last bus. Girl at desk was nice. Why not post this information, answer a phone, or update your phone msg to notify of daily leave times? Poorly managed. I suggest going to sugar creek in Indiana. Those companies post and update their information. Now headed there because I know their last trip leaves at 3:30. How? Because their website states it and when I called I talked to a human....
