One item to purchase and 15 minutes in line to accomplish the task. The first issue was not the checker's fault but the chatty customer who chose to to chat on her cell phone and then was searching for her coupon on her cellphone. It moved down from there, a low comedy involving unwilling patron standing in line.
Rescue came in the form of another clerk who, unfortunately, was at a cash register requiring a login- twice- and several interruptions answering the phone. Meanwhile, the woman in the first line who had been behind me was checked out , paid and out the door before my one item purchase was even rung up.
Inefficiency makes it a challenge to continue shopping at this location.
