  • The counter people are great. My problem is with their sales practices. On numerous occasions I have gone to this store, the closest to my home to purchase bird seed. This was the third time in a row where the offer is buy a 20# bag and the get a smaller bag for free. Problem is that their are never any smaller bags available. The staff have told me on each occasion that they are generally gone the day they arrive. Well for me three strikes you out. I will just wait until I go to the big box store and get it there with whatever else I need. Seems simple to me that if you are going to run a special have enough on hand to match the inventory of the free item with the purchase item or take down the sign as soon as the free item is gone from inventory. My wife uses a lot of bird seed, so this time I only bought one bag of the seed and not anything else on my list. She will need more seed by the weekend and I will head to the big box to get it and all of the other items I was going to purchase today. The two stars are for the very polite cash register staff as for the over all store, I'm going with a one star rating.
