  • The amazing night started with the phone call into book the reservation. You could feel the passion of the person who answered the Phone. The server (who we learned had been there since day 2 of the restaurant opening) was friendly knowledgable and attentive. We had other staff continually stoping by to ensure we had what we needed. But the best part was the food - it starts with the presentation - when the food arrives you almost do not want to eat it because it is so beautiful - almost! You eat with your eyes first - but even that was underwhelming compared the complex and complimentary flavour of the plates. Truly a night to remember - we found our new favourite restaurant.
