  • This is by far the worst company my family and I have dealt with. We hired them for a move from Las Vegas to Washington state. We were quoted one price, and after they loaded everything up they decided that we had $1000+ more stuff then the quote. This was hard to believe since we had gotten rid of more stuff between the quote and the actual move. We were told multiple times that it would be to our destination between 7-10 business days. On the 7th day we decided to call and see if they had a solid date and time so we could schedule it with our new jobs.... No reply. We left messages and we're told for over a week that "someone will call you back." that never happened. After finally getting in touch with someone around day 10-12 we were advised that they were "still in the delivery contract period" and that there was nothing that could be done about the fact they took an extra 1000$ from us. Fast forward to day 22, they finally show up! They load everything into our temporary storage unit and take off. As we have been sorting through our unit we have so many broken and crushed boxes, items broken, unable to find quite a few things. This is by far one of the worst companies to deal with, they will not help you. Things will come up missing and broken, and you'll pay more then the quote . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Oh also they offer to pay you for good reviews with a 25$ gift card. When you have to bribe someone for a good review, you know the company is no good.
