  • Used to love Sears. Bought all my tools there. They stood behind their product and had good quality products. The past few years this changed. Customer service is poor at best, the quality of their tools has declined and the warranty no longer is honored. It's not surprising Sears is in the toilet. I'm just another lifelong Kenmore and Craftsman customer lost.
