  • As we are new to the Las Vegas area, we didn't know who to call when we needed a repair on our stove. We Googled and then checked Yelp for their reviews on this business. It was a Saturday, we called, and within the hour a service tech called back. We told him the issue, he said it sounded like the electric ignitor. He was finishing up a job and could be there in about an hour, and, he was. The problem was as suspected. It was fixed in a very short time. The service tech, Nick, was polite, professional and knew his job. The office staff was equally polite and helpful in directing our call out to their techs in the field. We inquired if they offered a senior discount and they do on labor. As we belong to an HOA, I asked if I might suggest their company to our management company. Like ourselves, there are many within the community who like to have referrals of businesses that have been used and successfully so. If needed again, I would not hesitate to call Appliance Repair Experts and do not hesitate recommending this company for your appliance repairs.
