Although embarrassing, I was not able to pay my electric bill on the due date (4th) because I had to pay for necessary college classes, rent, and groceries for the week.
Mirna, from billing was not able to help me in getting the bill due date to the 6th until I had asked to speak with her supervisor. Once that was done, my bill was pushed back two more days.
She seemed rather miffed by my request and I understand she was doing her job. I hate having to ask for anyone above the person I'm talking to unless it's an absolute emergency.
