  • Literally could not get my prescription from the front desk because she wasn't authorized. The optometrist isn't here so after 20 min of her trying and my waiting I have to leave and try again. Let me emphasize that the receptionist was super nice and quite apologetic but their way of doing business is not customer service oriented. I will not be buying contacts or glasses here, assuming I can get the prescriptions I have already paid for.
