  • Came in because of the reviews and how much closer it is than my regular place but left unhappy. FYI The store is upstairs and you have to buzz them to open the doors for you. I accidentally walked pass the first time. I can't say for any other service but the threading job was terrible. I told her I liked my eyebrows thick and just do a clean up. She made them much thinner and they didn't come out even. She tried to even them out but wanted to take off a lot more so I just asked her to stop. I rather just let it grow out then have them both messed up. I'm not one to make a fuss but paying $9 for eyebrows I hate sucks. I should have known from looking at her crazy thin eyebrows that this was not a good idea. I also wish that she could have used more than just a dry paper towel to wipe my face. There was no alcohol wipe, lotion or oil. I have to admit that Anu had a very nice personality when i came in and the place is clean. I wouldn't get my eyebrows done here but will maybe come back to get a mani pedi since the rices are quite reasonable.
