  • One of the worst furniture stores I've ever purchased from. We bought an original set of Ashley couches that ended up being defective and we were given a reselection. We even upgraded to what we thought were better couches that ended up wearing out completely after 6 months of normal use. After numerous calls and waiting over 2 weeks, Ashley furniture and Bigs have stated I was out of warranty even though it was a completely different set of couches. So now I'm basically out $900 worth of crap couches that I'll basically need to trash. Do yourself a favor and shop at walker or RC Wiley.
