  • I adore Welcome Diner. There's so much to love about this restaurant. I absolutely adore the outdoor seating, especially during the cooler months in Arizona, with the gorgeous overhead lights. The service is always excellent; everyone that works here genuinely looks like they enjoy their job. Brace yourselves for long lines, and a long wait for your food. Don't worry, the food is worth the wait! My favorite items on the menu are Bumblebee and Koko. I love the taste of salty and sweet together; if you are the same way then you would certainly enjoy Bumblebee. The delicious crispy chicken pairs well with the honey. I am not usually a fan of biscuits but they do it so well at Welcome Diner. Koko is also my favorite. This is what I order when I prefer something less tasty but equally as good as Bumblebee. I always pair my sandwiches with their delicious french fries, paired with their (garlic?) sauce. My boyfriend always get their burger (No Way Jose) and he loves it. Welcome Diner is not just perfect for brunch or dinner. It is the perfect place to just hang out and have a drink with friends.
