  • I am so disappointed. Bought a Groupon for my birthday for 3 girlfriends. We arrived on time , when you enter you have to pay a tip first before you can enter the spa . In the locker rooms were no slippers and no ropes so we had to wait for an attendant to get it . Long story short we were late for our treatment ,instead 50 min it was 36min and than they went for lunch. The spa is filthy and the jacuzzi is very sticky. We had to wait 2 hour for a supervisor to arrive that basically explained that she is not a supervisor.... When I addressed the dust and filth in the sauna the supervisor got defensive and rude telling us :" I will show you the log book right now " Unbelievable. I am a manager in high-end luxury myself and they need to get a training on customer service asap because my birthday was really ruined ! Please folks, in Las Vegas it's all about pleasure and joy and this spa is not one of them ! Really , check out other businesses there are tonns of other places that will make you feel welcome and happy . Besides I just had a baby and I left more stressful than ever and all I wanted is to relax. Horrible !
