rev:text	Been a bit since I last went. Just now saw theme here on yelp. All I can say is RUN! Horrible treatment... Very bad work by most... My last straw experience I think she was possibly the manager or one of the owners. She had the holier than though attitude for sure. She was lucky I did not ask for my money back... I only asked kindly for her to remove the powder and polish. It was so bulky and ugly. I asked for a gel manicure like I always got and when I told her part way through again she said she knew. When I asked her to take them off the next day because I did not like it as it also was not what I asked... She raised her voice and told me I should have asked for gel. I told her I did and she proceeded to argue I had not because it was more expensive. WTHeck? Not to mention that I then realized she also over charged me since I paid the same as previous visits with my normal guy(he was pretty good- kind and did not rush... So sorry I can't remember his name... I hope he found a better shop!!) Keep in mind I had been going there for 6 months... Getting the same GEL mani and pedicures like clock work. I let her know how unprofessional, wrong, and lucky she was I did not take any further actions... Then walked out and will never go in that place again. Been going to Novelle Nails the last 1 year almost every 4 weeks for my gel manicures and pedicures... Adore them! Clean, friendly, amazing prices, visit and cash pay stamp card discounts, great work... List goes on!!
