I was originally referred to Kayce by my wife who suggested "you might want to get yourself in shape for your daughters wedding" which was coming up in March of 2013. Kayce took time at our original meeting asking many questions about my physical condition in addition to my objectives. This enabled Kayce to design a workout program to strengthen and challenge me physically and avoid injury. During the first 5 month period I began to notice many aches and pains from car accidents & sports injuries were going away. I realized once again the importance of keeping our bodies fit as we begin to age. I am 60 years old and look forward to working with Kayce 2-3 times a week at 6AM!
