Recently purchased a vehicle from Autonation Toyota (Power Toyota) in Tempe. The sales team was not at all pushy, they didn't make me feel like I 'had' to buy their car, but they did what they could do to make sure they gave me their best offer. This was a semi haggle free process. Gave me $2K more on my trade in that I was receiving from other dealerships, and the price of their vehicle was lower than their competitors. The sales team deserves a full 5 stars, however the finance dept, well - not so much. They were professional, however the finance guy made us feel like we were making a huge mistake by not buying everything he offered us. I know he gets a commission on selling this stuff, but the reason I'm buying a Toyota is because I have already owned a few. I know they're extremely low maintenance and very reliable - that's why I keep coming back. My best advice would be to go in there with your own financing, and not have to deal with that department too much. Outside of that - fantastic experience - probably the best car buying experience I've had yet. Would certainly go back in a heartbeat...
